1. Acceptance of These Terms

Welcome to offgrid.

offgrid Labs Inc. (“offgrid,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides its services through our website located at https://offgridsocial.app/ (the “Site”), our mobile applications, and related technologies (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing, downloading, installing, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Important Legal Notice – Arbitration

  • You agree to resolve disputes with offgrid through binding individual arbitration.

4. Description of Service

offgrid is a social networking application that enables users to:

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without liability.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

6. Account Registration and Security

8. Competitor Restriction

Employees, agents, or representatives of competing social media platforms may not access or use the Service without prior written consent from offgrid.

By accessing the Service, you represent that you are not acting on behalf of a competitor.

9. Fees and Payments

Some features of the Service may require payment. If applicable:

  • You agree to provide valid payment information
  • You authorize recurring charges for subscription services
  • You are responsible for all applicable taxes
  • You must dispute charges within 60 days

We may change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.

You may not:

11. Mobile Services

When using offgrid via mobile devices:

  • Carrier data and messaging fees may apply
  • We may send you communications via SMS or app notifications
  • You must update your account if your phone number changes

12. Third-Party Distribution Platforms

If you download offgrid through platforms such as the Apple App Store or Google Play:

  • You may be subject to additional platform terms
  • offgrid is solely responsible for the Service, not Apple or Google
  • Platform providers are third-party beneficiaries where applicable

13. International Use

offgrid is headquartered in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., you are responsible for compliance with local laws.

The Service may be subject to U.S. export control laws.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • Your account remains inactive
  • Required by law

Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

We disclaim all warranties, including:

  • Merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, offgrid will not be liable for:

Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) in the past 12 months.
