Delete Your Account

This page is intended for App Store account deletion requirement compliance.

Option 1: In-app deletion

If available in your current app version, go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps.

Option 2: Deletion request via support

Email [email protected] with subject line: Account Deletion Request.

What to include

• Account email / username
• Platform used (iOS/Android)
• Optional reason (not required)

What data is deleted

For account deletion requests, we delete the account profile and user-generated content associated with that account in production systems used for the service.

What data may be retained

We may retain limited records where required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or security investigations.

Deletion timeline

Requests are typically processed within 7 days. Backup cleanup may take up to 30 days.
